Actually, developing a business plan was a headache. Ultimately it did not help me. I opted for a strategic plan instead. One like I created with QuickPlanner Plus. A strategic business plan that focuses me on the steps I need to take to succeed in my business... the vision, objections and programs designed by me for me.
